Utilizing the Yakima Chief Veteran hop blend, this West Coast IPA boasts notes of passion fruit, orange peel & vanilla. Our hope with this beer is to shed light on the mental, physical & emotional challenges our veterans face once they return from service. Proceeds of the hop blend go to Stop Soldier Suicide, the only national non-profit organization dedicated solely to reducing the suicide rate among our nation's Veterans.

Beach Party Boombox Strawberry Margarita Sour is perfect for sippin' in the sunshine! We packed it with real strawberry & lime purée and used the new Philly sour yeast strain which naturally produces lactic acid giving this beauty a pleasant, citrusy sour flavor.

One of our core beers, this traditional Vienna lager features notes of toasted bread & mild earthy hops. It finishes clean and crisp with a light malt backbone. Satisfying, yet refreshing.

This hazy IPA is hopped with Simcoe, Sabro & Loral and features notes of tropical fruit, coconut & peach.

This Hazy Pale Ale came about kind of by accident, and with some clever harvesting and stitching together of recipe parts, we ended up with a super fruity, juicy, hazy pale ale. It landed just over 5% ABV, making it highly sessionable and very refreshing.

A traditional strong ale brewed with Belgian yeast, which provides subtle notes of peach, pear, banana and pepper. We added 5 pounds of pink peppercorns adding floral, citrusy flavors to the finished beer. Allergy note: those allergic to tree nuts may have an allergic reaction

Brewed in collaboration with Rep. Gina Hinojosa, who has been instrumental in making legislative advances for Texas breweries, this beer is fiercely independent and packs a wallop at 11.1%. It's rich and velvety thanks to a late addition of 15lbs of cacao nibs. The name is a tongue-in-cheek nod both to the sometimes exhausting legislative process and this beer's insistence on continuing to ferment beyond its allotted timeline.

This classic style golden lager is clean and easy drinkin' with a complex maltiness with a mild bitterness rounded out by the spice from Saaz hops.

This flavorful yet easy-drinking American pale ale, we used Cascade, Centennial & Mosaic hops and a simple pale malt bill to really allow the hop flavors to shine through. You'll notice notes of lemon peel, white grape & blueberry.

The Bleaken Munich Dunkel is a dark German lager that boasts notes of rich toasty malts with a lightly roasty, nutty finish. It may appear to be dark and ominous, but it's quite approachable (and it won't steal your toys even if you're on the naughty list).

This bright, effervescent beer is a twist on the classic Belgian recipe, with lemongrass, orange peel, and pink peppercorns added. The result is a light bodied wheat ale with a big lemongrass aroma, fruity esters, lemon-honey sweetness, and just a touch of spice. When life gives you lemongrass, make lemongrass beer.
