MIDNIGHT FILIBUSTER
Imperial Chocolate Stout
This beer was brewed in collaboration with Rep. Gina Hinojosa who has been instrumental in helping fight antiquated beer laws & pass legislation that has allowed the craft breweries in Texas to thrive and grow. The name is a tongue-in-cheek homage not only to the sometimes exhausting legislative process, but also to this particular beer’s insistence that it would finish fermentation on its own timeline, not on the one that we had set out for it. Fiercely independent and packing a wallop at 11.1%, it’s rich and velvety thanks to a late addition of 15lbs of cacao nibs.

Double Hazy IPA
This Imperial version of our Flamingo Bomb Hazy IPA packs a punch with big fruity hop flavors & higher alcohol content. We changed up the hop bill, adding Motueka, Belma, and Krush hops to deliver huge juicy, tropical fruit flavors like tangerine, guava, peach, and hints of coconut.

Hazy Pale Ale
This Hazy Pale Ale was brought to life with some clever harvesting and stitching together of recipe parts. The end result is a super fruity, juicy, hazy pale ale creeping in at just over 5% ABV & guaranteed to evoke a yummy sound when you take your first sip!
Featuring Mandarina Bavaria, Pacific Sunrise, Motueka, Citra & Mosaic hops, it boasts notes of mandarin orange, papaya & pineapple, a veritable fruit salad of delicious flavors.

Belgian Golden Strong Ale
with Pink Peppercorns
A traditional strong ale brewed with Belgian yeast, which provides subtle notes of peach, pear, banana and pepper. We added 5 pounds of pink peppercorns adding floral, citrusy flavors to the finished beer. Allergy note: those allergic to tree nuts may have an allergic reaction

Italian Pilsner

Say "Buongiorno" to this effervescent and herbaceous Italian Pilsner! This lager features malt grown just north of Venice and is hopped and dry-hopped with Perle, Hallertau Blanc and Saphir hops providing a taste reminiscent of a lemon biscotti. We've all heard of Mambo #5, but what happened to the other mambos? This is a tribute to those lost mambos.

Strawberry Margarita Sour
Beach Party Boombox is perfect for sippin’ in the sunshine! We packed this beer with real strawberry & lime purée and used the new Philly sour yeast strain which naturally produces lactic acid giving this beauty a pleasant, citrusy tart flavor.

Festbier
Just Add Polka is a smooth, clean, pale German lager with a moderately strong malty flavor and a light hop character.
