Chef Dave is developing a fresh, delicious, modern take on brewpub cuisine with a menu that showcases the flavors that compliment our Constant beer lineup while consistently introducing specialty menu items to pair with our Variable beer selection as well.  Some of the items you’ll see on our menu are:

  • Snack boards with a selection of breads, meats, spreads, cheeses, house-pickled veggies, nuts, fruits and sweets that pair well with our house beer & guest wine
  • Beer bites including house-made dumplings (Bratstickers) stuffed with bratwurst and sauerkraut, pickled deviled eggs, soft pretzels & warm house-made beer cheese and much more
  • Flammkuchen, a Southern German-style pizza, made with both traditional and modern ingredients on house-made dough
  • Beer brats on fresh-baked pretzel buns
  • Currywurst served with house-made German-American potato salad
  • Big, beautiful burgers with indulgent ingredients like candied pork belly, warm house-made beer cheese and drunken onions
  • Mixed green salads chock-full of interesting ingredients served with house-made dressings
  • Delicious and interesting vegan and vegetarian selections that will satisfy and delight

Each entree will pair with one of our house beers, encouraging a holistic experience between the beer and food.
